Key Responsibilities

• Create an inviting Starbucks experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Prepare food and beverage items per standard recipes and customized requests, including modifications in ingredients or quantities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to meet store standards.
• Handle cash transactions and adhere to safety and security policies within the store.
• Adapt to various tasks throughout each shift and contribute actively to team efforts.
• Engage pleasantly and effectively with customers to understand and respond to their needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn quickly and adapt.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance, with or without accommodation.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and seek clarifications as needed.
