About the Role

This role invites you to deliver outstanding guest experiences within a lively social setting by offering attentive and efficient bar service. You will play a vital part in maintaining the inviting atmosphere and high hospitality standards across daily operations and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist guests.
• Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Accurately take orders and handle cash or card payments.
• Keep the bar area clean, orderly, and well stocked with necessary supplies.
• Restock beverages, glassware, and bar equipment as needed and support bar setup and closure routines.
• Ensure alcohol is served responsibly in line with Irish licensing laws.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address guest inquiries.
• Support seamless bar service during weddings, conferences, banquets, and other events.
• Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods effectively.
• Comply with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Report stock shortages, maintenance issues, or guest concerns to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in bar or hospitality roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-centered attitude.
• Capable of performing well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a cooperative team spirit.
• Familiarity with responsible alcohol service is advantageous.
