Job Overview

The Cleveland Museum of Art is seeking customer service-oriented individuals for part-time positions as Art Gallery Attendants within its Protection Services department. These attendants play a crucial role in assisting visitors by offering guidance and directions while also safeguarding the museum's collection, staff, and visitors from fire, theft, and accidents. They oversee the flow of visitors, staff, vendors, volunteers, and contractors through metal detectors at entry points to identify and prevent potential threats.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and demonstrate a strong background in customer service.
