Role Overview
This role is onsite in Zimbabwe and offers both part-time and full-time opportunities. It supports the airline’s operational and customer service functions. Daily activities include assisting with passenger check-in and boarding, providing passenger support and information during travel, and ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed. Responsibilities may also extend to flight coordination, document handling, ground service support, or delivering excellent service in-flight and at the airport. Collaboration among team members and adherence to professional and airline standards are essential.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent customer service aptitude and communication skills capable of engaging with a wide array of passengers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced airline or airport environment.
- Meticulous attention to safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems including office applications and airline-specific booking or check-in software.
- Availability to work onsite in Zimbabwe, with flexibility for varied shifts, weekends, and operational demands.
- Prior experience in aviation, hospitality, tourism, or any customer interaction role is desirable but not a requirement.
- A minimum of secondary school education; further vocational or higher education related to aviation, business, or customer service is advantageous.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and eagerness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
