Job Overview

Nirmita Textile is seeking a dependable and meticulous Part-Time Accounts and Inventory Executive to assist with its Textile Manufacturing and E-commerce sectors. This role demands focused dedication for two hours daily to manage key accounting and inventory tasks accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Record sales and purchase entries systematically.
• Perform reconciliations for sales and purchases to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile payment transactions involving customers and vendors.
• Conduct bank statement and account reconciliations.
• Manage inventory reconciliation for both manufacturing and e-commerce stock.
• Maintain precise accounting records and inventory logs.
• Identify and address any discrepancies found within accounts and stock.
• Complete all allocated responsibilities effectively within the limited daily working hours.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce, with a preference for B.Com holders.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Excel, or similar tools.
• Good grasp of inventory management and ability to perform reconciliation accurately.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Prior work experience in manufacturing or e-commerce accounting is advantageous.

Work Conditions

• Work must be performed onsite; remote work is not permitted.
• Fixed daily work schedule of 2 hours.
