- Arrive on time for every scheduled shift and remain in uniform.
- Respond politely to customer questions and, when needed, refer them to the facility manager.
- Control traffic at entrances and exits when required.
- Support parking equipment upkeep and complete general maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Escalate accidents, policy breaches, safety concerns, or unusual incidents to the facility manager.
- Report trash, spills, water, oil, and similar issues to the garage office.
- Step in for valets when authorized and necessary.
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of the garage, nearby major roads, landmarks, and freeways.
- Assist the facility manager with additional tasks as needed.

License and Availability
A valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record is required only if driving a company vehicle or driving on company business is expected. Shift availability can vary by location, and some sites may require second shift, third shift, or weekend availability.
Skills and Communication
The job requires the ability to understand simple instructions, short memos, and basic correspondence, as well as write simple notes or messages. Strong one-on-one communication with customers and coworkers is also needed.
Math and Appearance Requirements
Candidates must be able to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers and U.S. currency. Employees are expected to maintain a neat appearance and wear the full uniform at all times.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. Eligible employees may receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, long-term and short-term disability coverage, life insurance, accident insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
Equal Opportunity and Hiring Process
The employer is committed to equal opportunity in hiring, training, promotion, and all job classifications, regardless of protected characteristics under federal or state law. Harassment and retaliation are not tolerated.
