Key Responsibilities

• Manage real-time inbound requests from law firms using an Intercom-style messaging system with full context.
• Resolve issues where AI falls short by adjusting and completing necessary legal work within the system backend.
• Engage with clients and lawyers via phone to understand and clarify needs using your family law expertise.
• Convert manual fixes into detailed product tickets that help improve the AI Paralegal platform.
• Effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic, reactive work environment.
• Support law firms in preparing current cases for processing through AI Paralegal.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine new features for family law practices.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate solid family law paralegal experience, preferably across multiple firms to gain diverse practice insights.
• Confidently communicate with family lawyers and challenge decisions when appropriate.
• Exhibit excellent judgment in ambiguous situations, able to read between the lines.
• Pay close attention to detail and maintain high-quality documentation standards.
• Be adept at managing urgent, fast-paced tasks with agility and effective prioritization.
• Possess strong written communication skills essential for crafting clear guidance to developers.
