PAISY Payroll Administrator (m/w/d)

Overview

As a vital member of Kühne+Nagel's finance team based in Hamburg, you will ensure seamless payroll operations that empower your colleagues to focus on their core logistics tasks. Your precision with numbers supports the supply chain of essential goods such as medicines and food, contributing far beyond immediate financial processing.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the PAISY CS and PAISY advanced payroll systems, including all standard and customized modules.
• Conduct monthly payroll runs to guarantee timely salary payments across the entire organization.
• Maintain and verify master data quality within the payroll systems.
• Set up and adjust wage types, time categories, and shift models, addressing both minor and extensive time management requirements.
• Perform system maintenance tasks and implement tailored programming changes as necessary.
• Generate both standard and customized payroll reports and analyses.

Candidate Profile

• Thorough experience in administering PAISY payroll systems with parameterization of wage and time types preferred.
• Strong knowledge of German payroll taxation, social security regulations, labor law, and works council regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent numerical aptitude combined with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor with confident communication across all corporate levels.
• High self-motivation, structured work habits, and enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork.
