Job Description

We are looking to establish a partnership with a reputable painting company to act as our exclusive referral partner. This opportunity, based in Downtown Chicago, involves collaborating with the top-rated flooring provider to offer a complete home improvement experience by integrating premium painting services alongside our flooring installations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior painting services to our referrals, covering interior and exterior painting, surface prep, and finishing tasks.
• Work closely with Floor Coverings International to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication regarding shared clients.
• Demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and high-quality workmanship on every project.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries and service needs.
• Provide competitive pricing and special offers exclusively to referred clients.
• Regularly update Floor Coverings International on project status and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• Established experience in the painting industry with a documented history of customer satisfaction.
• Valid licenses and certifications to operate as a painting contractor in Chicago, Illinois.
• Extensive knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.

• Compensation Range: $70000 - $100000 per year
