About the Role
We are a specialized boutique agency dedicated solely to luxury hotels and resorts, searching for a seasoned paid social media manager. This fixed-term contract spans from early September until the end of December 2026, with a potential extension. The position is fully remote, requiring availability for internal and client meetings during Eastern Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize paid social advertising campaigns primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), with additional efforts on TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute conversion-oriented campaigns, taking accountability for achievement against specified KPIs.
- Craft and provide advertising copy direction to copywriters and creative guidance to designers.
- Construct, schedule, and deploy campaigns across the various social media channels.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting, and placements, refining strategies based on analysis.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and resolve issues related to delivery, attribution, and tracking technologies.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present findings using Google Slides.
- Lead the organic content boosting strategy, supervising related activities to ensure alignment with paid campaign objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with design teams to manage creative feedback and finalize assets.
- Collaborate with account coordinators to manage daily client communications and requirements.
- Handle client interactions including status updates, recommendations, and ad hoc requests.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience managing paid social media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube/Google Ads.
- Proven ability to run campaigns focused on conversions demonstrating solid results and understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and booking conversions.
- Competency in managing monthly reporting cycles with presentations delivered through Google Slides.
- Experience briefing copywriters and designers and managing the creative revision process.
- Prior involvement with organic content boosting strategies in coordination with paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of testing methods including creative variations, audience segmentation, and sales funnel optimization.
- Confidence in client-facing communication for presenting results and addressing queries.
- Preference for candidates with experience in luxury hospitality or hotel marketing.
- Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple client projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to participate in meetings during Eastern Time business hours and availability from mid-September to December 2026 with a handover period in early September.
Additional Advantages
- Background in managing hotel or travel accounts with measurable performance outcomes.
- Familiarity with third-party analytics and reporting tools such as Funnel.io.
- Knowledge of shared booking engine pixels and custom conversion tracking common in hospitality platforms like SynXis.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders on multi-level hospitality marketing accounts including GMs and brand representatives.
Contract & Compensation
This is an independent contractor role, not an employment relationship, hence no employee benefits or guaranteed minimum hours are provided.
The remuneration is hourly, ranging from $40 to $55 per hour based on experience. Expected workload is around 120 billable hours monthly, adjustable as per project needs and mutual agreement.
