Role Overview
The company is expanding its digital performance marketing efforts and is looking for a Paid Search Specialist who enjoys working directly in advertising platforms to test, refine, and grow campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. This position is a practical, hands-on performance marketing role with a strong focus on lead generation through paid search.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and improve Google Ads, Bing, and paid social campaigns aimed at generating leads.
- Perform detailed keyword research, refine bidding approaches, and improve audience targeting.
- Develop ad copy and landing page variants, then test them through A/B experiments to lift results.
- Track and enhance conversion paths while monitoring CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Review campaign data and turn performance insights into clear optimisation actions.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to strengthen lead quality and improve conversion rates.
- Look for ways to grow campaign scale while protecting acquisition efficiency.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings at least 1 year of practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns and has a solid background in keyword planning, bid optimisation, ad testing, and conversion rate improvement. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reporting platforms, and Salesforce or other CRM-connected marketing setups is also important.
