This role sits within that team and works closely with the Head of Health & Safety and wider colleagues to deliver omni-channel support to clients.

Responsibilities
- Provide advice to clients by handling enquiries through phone and email, and tailoring solutions to their health and safety needs.
- Prepare important compliance documents such as SWMS and SOPs so clients can stay confident and compliant.
- Keep up with current regulations and industry developments to ensure advice remains accurate, practical and up to date.
- Record all client interactions carefully and accurately to maintain a high standard of service and follow-through.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in health and safety.
- Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and practices, supported by a minimum Cert IV in WHS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex requirements in simple terms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to respond quickly to client needs.
- Good time management and the ability to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
