The business is now prioritising sustainable growth in the UK and is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing across a significant multi-million-pound budget.

This is a practical, high-trust role for someone who wants real ownership rather than passive oversight. You should enjoy digging into performance data, spotting changes in metrics such as LTVCAC, and quickly working out what is driving them. You will join a compact Growth team that moves quickly, experiments often, and is supported by strong data capabilities and creative resources.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, launch, and continuously improve paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels, with direct day-to-day ownership of accounts.
  • Manage the metrics that matter most, including CAC, LTV, blended ROAS, incrementality, and payback period, and keep reporting clear, rigorous, and actionable.
  • Oversee agency and partner relationships by setting firm KPIs, knowing when to challenge external input, and deciding when work should move in-house.
  • Partner with the creative team to run a structured testing programme covering formats, hooks, and messaging, with a strong focus on creative-led targeting.
  • Improve and execute AI-supported marketing workflows to help the team work faster, reduce manual effort, and maintain quality.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of practical paid media experience, with direct responsibility for live campaigns.
  • Confident use of at least two paid platforms from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical ability, including comfort with pivot tables, attribution data, and turning complex numbers into a clear narrative.
  • A commercially minded approach that considers unit economics, not only top-line engagement metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a habit of preventing repeat mistakes.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in a venture-backed startup, scale-up, or performance marketing agency.
  • Exposure to incrementality testing, MMM, or multi-touch attribution.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker, AppsFlyer, or Snowflake.
  • Some understanding of lifecycle or CRM marketing and how it connects with paid media.
  • A fast-paced working style without compromising quality.
  • Curiosity about the business behind the task, with a tendency to ask why before what.
  • Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders as well as working in the detail of campaigns.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge openly.
