Job Summary
This role involves the delivery and collection of packages to residential and commercial locations. It requires working in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting including driving and frequent lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages. Safe transportation practices must be maintained at all times while en route. The position ensures excellent customer service by being efficient and dedicated.
Responsibilities
- Learn and adhere to UPS’s safe driving procedures.
Requirements
- Capability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs (32 kgs).
- Compliance with UPS appearance and grooming standards.
- Strong driving skills and positive customer interaction abilities.
- Meet the minimum age and operational criteria to legally drive a vehicle locally.
- Availability to work five days per week.
