Postman for Packages and Letters (m/f/d)

About the Role

Join Deutsche Post and DHL as a postman delivering packages and letters in Halberstadt. This role offers a secure full-time position with a weekly workload of 38.5 hours and involves distribution on five weekdays including Saturdays.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of €17.92 according to the collective agreement, including 50% Christmas bonus and potential regional labor market allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and packages efficiently using company-provided tools
• Operate on a distribution schedule of five working days per week, Monday through Saturday
• Handle items averaging under 10 kg, with a maximum weight of 31.5 kg
• Use company vehicles for deliveries, including fully electric models

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and be allowed to operate a car
• Ability to communicate in German
• Physically resilient to weather conditions and able to perform manual tasks
• Reliable with a strong commitment to the job
