About the Role
This role is focused on building the early monetization foundation for an AI Agent product across Southeast Asia. The position calls for someone who can test and refine pricing, validate payment approaches, and create feedback loops that help shape revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the monetization approach for the AI Agent product in Southeast Asia, including which markets to prioritize, how pricing should be structured, which payment models to test, the direction for local payment methods, and the overall pacing of monetization efforts.
- Support the rollout of local payment options and evaluate different monetization avenues such as subscriptions, channel-based models, and ecosystem partnerships, with the goal of identifying the best-performing approach for each market.
- Use data, user feedback, and market research to expand revenue after initial validation, while continuously improving pricing and payment structures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in monetization, growth monetization, subscriptions, or payments; prior work in Southeast Asian markets is strongly preferred.
- Practical experience designing and testing pricing, payment, or subscription systems independently.
- Good understanding of monetization approaches used for AI products, productivity software, and SaaS offerings.
- Strong familiarity with local payment and subscription ecosystems across Southeast Asia.
- Strong commercial judgment and data analysis skills, with the ability to improve monetization using conversion, ARPU, LTV/CAC, and related metrics.
- Good command of English; fluent Chinese is required for collaboration with teams in China; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, or other Southeast Asian languages is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating a monetization framework from the ground up or launching monetization in a new country or market from zero is highly desirable.

This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite role.
