Job Responsibilities

• Develop overseas subsidiary business strategies aligned with corporate headquarters' objectives and coordinate their execution.
• Lead the planning and implementation of development plans and annual business targets for subsidiaries and factories.
• Oversee tax management compliance according to local laws, coordinate tax planning, maintain good relationships with tax authorities, and handle tax-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across production, supply, and sales to ensure smooth operations and handle customs clearance matters.
• Manage sales, production operations, HR, administration, procurement, and warehouse functions within the factory as per headquarter policies.
• Build and maintain effective teams, enforce internal management standards, and ensure inter-departmental coordination within overseas subsidiaries.
• Represent the subsidiary at public relations events and establish relationships with senior government officials to maintain uninterrupted project operations.
• Manage social and government relations related to safety, social security, and regulatory compliance to guarantee smooth production and operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• At least five years of overseas comprehensive or business management experience, preferably in developing countries.
• Experience in external relations management and government liaison.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills with a proactive, energetic approach and ability to withstand high work pressure.
• Demonstrated professional ethics.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
