Overnight Associate

Position Summary

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by efficiently managing tasks related to receiving and transferring merchandise to the sales floor in a safe and organized manner. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, and assisting with merchandise processing as part of a collaborative team adhering to operational priorities.

Key Duties

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening by setting up and labeling merchandise.
• Merchandise, sign, and arrange product displays and features.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Emphasize labeling and organization of merchandise in backroom bins and stock areas.
• Transport pallets between the sales floor and storage for overnight processing.
• Support stocking activities and provide customer assistance as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, performing safety sweeps, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $16.50 per hour.
