Over-the-Counter Manager

Position Overview

This role assists the Store Manager in overseeing store operations aligned with company standards, leading team members to deliver welcoming and helpful customer service while driving profitable sales in the department. It also involves supporting the Pharmacy Manager by effectively managing the Over-the-Counter (OTC) Pharmacy Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Full accountability for all activities within Department 40 (OTC Pharmacy).
• Manage receipt of OTC products, stock processing, maintaining product displays (modular integrity), and operating basic point of sale systems.
• Ensure a secure working environment by confirming associates complete required in-store certification and licensing courses, comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with Division 1 Management to foster collaboration.

Compensation

The minimum starting wage for this position is $19.35 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
