Role Overview
As a Crew member working overnight from 10 pm to 6 am, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, processing their orders, rolling burritos, restocking refrigerators, performing basic food preparation, cleaning tables, and gaining hands-on knowledge of various team roles essential to the restaurant's operation.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in hospitality or high-paced environments is beneficial but not compulsory.
- A strong willingness to learn, take guidance, and put in genuine effort.
- A proactive mindset with a reliable work ethic to consistently complete assigned tasks.
