About the Role
Join our team as an Outbound Telecaller Executive based in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad, responsible for reaching out to customers via calls to promote services or collect information. We are searching for driven individuals who communicate confidently and prioritize exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers in line with business requirements.
- Clearly articulate information about company products and services.
- Record customer feedback and work with internal teams for resolution and follow-up.
- Meet calling targets and maintain call quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and systematic documentation of interactions in company systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed at least 12th grade (higher education is an advantage).
- Fluent communication skills in both Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- 6 months to 5 years of relevant calling experience, ideally from the Banking, Insurance, or Telecom sectors.
Shift Timing & Schedule
Work hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotational weekly days off.
