Role Overview

This role focuses on end-to-end order-to-cash billing work, ensuring invoices are generated correctly, customer billing issues are handled quickly, and billing records stay accurate and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices accurately and within the defined service timelines.
• Review sales orders, pricing details, contractual terms, and tax data before billing is initiated.
• Make sure all billing activity aligns with customer agreements and internal policy requirements.
• Track down and fix invoice mismatches, billing objections, and customer-raised issues.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams to close billing and order-related gaps.
• Handle credit notes, debit notes, invoice corrections, and cancellations whenever needed.
• Keep an eye on billing queues and meet agreed turnaround times and KPI expectations.
• Update and maintain accurate customer master information used for billing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close tasks by ensuring billing is complete and correct.
• Prepare billing summaries, aging analysis, and other operational reporting.
• Follow internal controls, audit standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Com degree in any specialization.
