Role Overview

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help drive programs that improve how the organization works, support employee development, and strengthen the overall culture and performance of the workplace.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of organizational development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement efforts, learning programs, and performance improvement activities.
- Review workforce-related data and prepare reports that reflect organizational effectiveness.
- Work alongside HR and leadership teams on strategies for talent development.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and productivity across the workplace.
- Assist with change management and broader organizational transformation projects.
- Help create training content and employee development materials.
- Keep program records and documentation organized and up to date.
- Support efforts to build a positive, high-performing work environment.
Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a closely related discipline. The position is open to fresh graduates, so prior professional experience is not required.
- Strong interest in organizational development, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and organizational discipline.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Careful attention to detail and solid project coordination skills.
