Organizational Change Manager

About the Opportunity

Fuzixel Technologies is a pioneering digital transformation consultancy based in the GCC, concentrating on comprehensive organizational change management, digital adoption, and cultural integration. We collaborate with public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia to deliver impactful business results through methodical change management, stakeholder collaboration, and readiness facilitation grounded in international standards and customized local execution.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of organizational change projects, from evaluation through to adoption, ensuring alignment of transformation objectives with changes in people, processes, and technology.
• Create and implement customized change management strategies, incorporating impact analysis, communication plans, resistance handling, and mapping of stakeholders.
• Conduct readiness workshops, training initiatives, and establish change agent networks involving cross-functional groups and executive leadership.
• Track metrics related to change adoption, generate KPI reports addressing engagement, utilization, and sentiment, and modify approaches to enhance realization of business benefits.
• Work in partnership with PMO, HR, and IT departments to synchronize change initiatives with project schedules and governance requirements.
• Develop and upkeep change management documentation, tools, and playbooks to replicate best practices across multiple client projects simultaneously.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with Prosci ADKAR methodology.
• Expertise in conducting Change Impact Analysis and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Competence in resistance management and applying the ADKAR model.
• Experience performing Change Readiness Assessments and designing communication strategies.
• Familiarity with change management platforms such as Prosci, Axonify, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Preferred experience includes working on initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Knowledge of Arabic language or cultural context in the region is advantageous.
• Certifications such as Organizational Change Management (OCM), PMP, or SAFe are desirable.
