Role overview
Powerco is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Lead to turn strategy into practical frameworks, tools and interventions that build organisational capability and improve performance. This position offers the chance to influence how leadership is exercised, how teams operate and how change becomes embedded across the business.
In this position, you will create and embed organisational development initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness, strengthen team performance and improve ways of working. You will partner closely with leaders and People, Safety & Culture colleagues to diagnose organisational needs, build practical solutions and deliver interventions that drive lasting behaviour change and measurable outcomes.
What you will do
- Create and roll out organisational development initiatives that improve leadership habits, accountability and performance.
- Build and update OD frameworks, tools and methods that leaders can use confidently in day-to-day practice.
- Analyse organisational data and insights to spot capability gaps and shape focused interventions.
- Work with People & Culture Business Partners to support behaviour change, team effectiveness and the adoption of new working practices.
- Partner with learning and people teams to convert capability needs into practical development pathways.
What you will need
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational development initiatives within complex organisations.
- Strong diagnostic skills, including the ability to identify leadership and organisational needs and translate them into workable solutions.
- Experience creating and embedding frameworks, programmes or tools that lift leadership capability and team effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- A collaborative, practical approach and enthusiasm for helping leaders and teams perform strongly.

Location and employment type
