It blends analytical depth with persuasive communication and requires close collaboration across many teams. This is a strong fit for a commercially aware strategist who wants broad visibility and the chance to influence long-term initiatives that support improved health and well-being outcomes globally.

Key accountabilities

  • Help design, sharpen, and implement an enterprise-level organic growth plan that supports global portfolio goals and wider business priorities.
  • Spot, assess, and rank cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio expansion opportunities by reviewing customer needs, solution overlap, and market movement.
  • Convert customer, product, commercial, and market data into clear strategic guidance that supports business decisions and growth actions.
  • Create and keep up regular strategic reporting and insight materials that summarize performance patterns, risks, opportunities, and recommended next steps for leadership.
  • Work in close partnership with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and regional teams to keep growth priorities and execution aligned.
  • Support portfolio positioning and messaging work by helping shape strong value propositions and connected growth stories.
  • Assist governance and strategic planning activities by preparing data-backed opportunity reviews, prioritization tools, and growth recommendations.
  • Help leadership teams build evidence-based narratives that show portfolio performance, growth potential, and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, growth strategy, commercial strategy, product strategy, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, or a similar area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including the capacity to turn complex information into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Proven track record of finding and prioritizing revenue growth opportunities such as cross-sell, upsell, customer expansion, or portfolio optimization.
  • Demonstrated success working across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and leadership groups.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages for both operational and executive audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience shaping decisions without formal authority.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution and prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, technology, or other complex multi-product businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort using data, market research, customer insight, and performance metrics to support planning and growth initiatives.

Perks and benefits

  • A chance to play a central role in shaping enterprise growth strategy and future business direction.
  • Visibility with senior leaders and exposure to cross-functional decisions across several business areas.
  • A collaborative, innovative environment that emphasizes continuous improvement and meaningful impact.
  • Flexible, modern working arrangements designed to support work-life balance.
  • Access to advanced technology, digital tools, and industry-leading expertise.
  • Learning resources, professional development support, and career growth opportunities.
  • An inclusive workplace culture that values collaboration, innovation, and individual contribution.
  • A competitive compensation package with comprehensive employee benefits.
  • The opportunity to contribute to work that improves health, well-being, and quality of life for people and organizations worldwide.
