Accountabilities

  • Convert customer, product, commercial, and market information into concise strategic guidance that supports business growth and decision-making.
  • Create and update recurring reporting packs and insight summaries that surface trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended next steps for leadership.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and regional partners to keep growth priorities and execution plans aligned.
  • Contribute to portfolio positioning and messaging work by helping build strong value propositions and connected growth stories.
  • Support governance meetings and strategic planning activities with data-based opportunity reviews, prioritization models, and growth recommendations.
  • Help senior leaders build evidence-led narratives that show portfolio performance, growth potential, and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, growth strategy, commercial strategy, product strategy, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, or a similar area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including the skill to turn complex information into practical business insight and recommendations.
  • Proven success in finding and ranking growth opportunities such as cross-sell, upsell, customer expansion, or portfolio optimization.
  • Solid experience working across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, and leadership groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shape persuasive messages for both operational and executive audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.
  • Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on prioritization and execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, technology, or other complex multi-product businesses is highly preferred.
  • Comfort using data, market research, customer feedback, and performance metrics to support planning and growth work.
