Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join an innovative, newly established surgical center set to open in mid-2027 in Boulder County, Colorado. This full-time role offers an immediate equity partnership without any buy-in, allowing you to play a pivotal role in shaping a modern oral surgery practice from its inception. This opportunity is perfect for new graduates and experienced surgeons who want to collaborate with a team of progressive surgical partners backed by advanced technologies and a dedicated support staff.
Responsibilities and Opportunities
- Participate as an equity partner in the practice from day one, with no financial buy-in required.
- Engage in full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, leveraging integrated digital workflows and state-of-the-art technology.
- Focus on dental implant procedures, working alongside senior surgical mentors to enhance clinical skills.
- Build strong, productive relationships with referral doctors through proactive engagement and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Contribute to a patient-centered, collaborative care culture with the support of a highly trained clinical team.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Eligible to obtain a medical license in the state of Colorado.
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster relationship-based care.
