Role overview

PwC Service Delivery Center in Hyderabad is hiring for an HCM Integrations (OIC + HCM) Senior Associate role within its Oracle Technology Consulting practice. What you will do

• Study client needs and translate them into Oracle HCM implementation and integration solutions.
• Support the rollout, adoption, and smooth use of Oracle HCM applications by delivering training and ongoing assistance.
• Work with clients to improve HR workflows, strengthen talent management, and align systems with business goals.
• Use Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to analyze data and create reports.
• Track project schedules and budgets to help deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Apply process-improvement methods to raise efficiency in day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to workforce analytics and strategic HR planning based on client needs.
• Build trusted client relationships and stay ahead of evolving expectations.
• Handle ambiguous or complex situations by asking questions, learning quickly, and delivering reliable work.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues to encourage teamwork and a productive delivery environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is needed.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
