Role overview
This opening is for an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join on a full-time basis. The role is intended for someone with deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Finance, especially across implementation and production support activities. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders to design practical and scalable finance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional specialist for Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Lead implementations from requirements gathering through post-go-live stabilization.
- Collect business needs and carry out fit-gap assessments.
- Translate business requirements into workable configurations and solution setups.
- Support live environments by resolving issues and conducting root-cause analysis.
- Draft solution designs, functional specifications, configuration documents, and training content.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and report development.
- Contribute to enhancements and ongoing system improvements.
- Handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Finance modules in scope
The role covers hands-on work across GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Cash Management, FAH, RMCS, Lease Accounting, JVM, Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Cloud PPM (PFM & PEM).
Required experience and skills
- Overall Oracle Fusion Finance experience of 7 to 14 years.
- Strong background in implementation and support work rather than testing-only assignments.
- Experience in at least one complete end-to-end implementation cycle.
- Practical exposure to production support and incident management.
- Strong verbal and written communication with solid stakeholder handling skills.
- Experience working with integrations and enterprise-scale clients.
