Job description
Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications consultant with deep functional expertise in Financials. This role is suited to someone who has delivered multiple implementations and managed services assignments across Oracle Fusion Finance environments and can work with clients across major Indian cities.
Role Details
Engagement: Contract with client
Experience required: 5 to 12 years
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai
Core Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expense Management, and Procurement.
- Create, tailor, and resolve issues in BIP/OBIEE reports along with AP payment templates to align with business needs.
- Independently deliver at least two complete end-to-end implementations, including rollouts, upgrades, and lift-and-shift transitions.
- Build a strong working understanding of table-level design and process flows within Oracle Cloud/Fusion Financials.
- Set up and manage FlexFields and Extensions in Fusion Financials based on business requirements.
- Carry out unit testing and user acceptance testing to validate functionality and secure business approval.
- Use data upload and migration methods such as FBDI and ADFDI, and troubleshoot issues that arise during those activities.
- Lead workshops with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements and propose practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly with client teams and internal stakeholders through documentation and presentations.
Qualifications
- 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Practical experience working with BIP/OBIEE reporting and AP payment templates.
- Prior completion of at least two end-to-end implementation projects in Fusion Finance.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion Financials modules.
- Experience configuring FlexFields and Extensions within Fusion Financials.
