Role Overview
We seek an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud professional with a strong background in Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) implementations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thorough knowledge of consolidation processes and financial statements, coupled with expertise in application development, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions focusing on PBCS and FCCS modules.
- Develop FCCS/HFM applications including data management, integrations, and reporting functions.
- Handle configuration and data loads in PBCS areas such as Workforce Planning (WFP), CAPEX, and financial statement allocations.
- Manage security setups involving dimension and cell-level security.
- Oversee data exchange, metadata management, batch execution jobs, and report generation for FCCS.
- Analyze financial close, consolidation, and reporting requirements and coordinate with clients through requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT support.
- Use ITSM/ServiceNow tools to manage service operations and incident handling.
- Perform monitoring tasks and month-end closing activities efficiently.
- Work the second shift hours from approximately 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, consolidation methods, and financial disclosures.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically with PBCS and FCCS.
- Proficient in application development for FCCS/HFM covering data management and reporting.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial consolidation workflows.
- Experience in client communication, producing quality deliverables, and supporting testing phases.
Additional Information
- Must be prepared to work during the second shift (3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST).
- Experience with ITSM or ServiceNow tools is a plus.
