Role Overview

Join us as a Visionary Eyewear Guru, where you will merge style and eye care expertise to help people select eyewear that enhances both vision and fashion. You will stay ahead of trends, provide detailed eye exams, and deliver tailored recommendations for frames and lenses that complement individual needs.

Key Duties

• Guide customers with your fashion expertise to select trendy and suitable eyewear.
• Conduct thorough eye tests using advanced diagnostic tools to precisely determine prescriptions and eye health.
• Engage personally with customers to understand lifestyle and preferences for customized eyewear solutions.
• Ensure accurate measurements, adjustments, and fittings for comfortable and effective glasses wear.
• Collaborate with lens experts to choose and advise on lens types, coatings, and specialized options like anti-glare and blue-light filters.
• Create a welcoming retail environment and provide continuous support post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in professional events and share your insights on eyewear trends through various channels to establish your influence.
• Assist customers with contact lens fittings, care, and inventory management using modern systems to optimize visual comfort and confidence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Licensed optometrist with Singapore OOB certification, passionate about eyewear and fashion.
• Strong understanding of optical science, current lens technologies, and frame designs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging diverse customers.
• Meticulous with precise measurements and adjustments to ensure quality service.
• Keen awareness of evolving trends in the eyewear industry.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fashion-centric retail atmosphere.
• Proficient in contact lens fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and managing complications.
• Resident in Singapore with experience in the local market.
