About Belle
Belle is an expanding healthcare company focused on transforming in-home care, beginning with preventive foot care. Its care model addresses a major need among older adults and uses trained Community Health Workers, called Belle Technicians, to provide in-home foot exams, preventive services, and care coordination. About the Role
As the Operations Supervisor for Macon, Georgia, you will support growth, strengthen the local team, and help deliver meaningful community impact in the assigned market. The position combines hiring support, market development, and day-to-day operational excellence to make sure seniors receive reliable in-home care.
You will spend time coaching technicians, shadowing field visits, reviewing performance, and resolving issues. You will also work closely with teams across the organization to ensure each appointment is handled consistently, professionally, and with empathy.
This is a remote role, but you must be available in the service area to observe field work and provide hands-on support when needed.
Team Leadership and Development
- Partner with centralized recruiting and training teams to support technician hiring and onboarding.
- Observe field activity and provide live coaching and guidance.
- Run regular check-ins and performance conversations with technicians.
- Help technicians stay aligned with certification and compliance expectations.
- Build a positive, connected team environment through ongoing engagement efforts.
- Offer practical coaching on hospitality, documentation, punctuality, and professional behavior.
Operational Oversight
- Track key metrics such as attendance, appointment completion, and customer satisfaction.
- Make sure Belle’s care process and scope of practice are followed correctly.
- Review documentation quality and follow up on concerns identified through audits.
- Monitor technician availability and contribute to better scheduling decisions.
- Escalate safety issues, policy breaches, and compliance concerns when necessary.
- Work with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience teams to handle escalations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a similar field is preferred.
- Experience leading a field-based or remote team is needed; background in healthcare, retail, or service work is especially helpful.
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop people.
- Well organized, comfortable using technology, and focused on action.
- Clear, direct, and compassionate communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling, attendance, or workforce management tools is an advantage.
- You must live in Macon, Georgia and be able to travel locally to support Community Health Workers in the field approximately 15% to 25% of the time.
