Job description

About Belle

Belle is a rapidly expanding healthcare company focused on transforming in-home care by starting with foot health. In the United States, more than 25 million seniors are no longer able to safely manage their own foot care, which leads to more than $38 billion in avoidable medical spending every year.

The company trains and deploys Community Health Workers, called Belle Technicians, to provide in-home foot exams, preventive care, and ongoing care management. Its care model uses advanced data science to identify health risks early, often before they become serious. When a concern is found, telehealth staff and nurses step in to arrange follow-up care and take action.

Belle’s approach delivers clinical results comparable to blockbuster drugs, but without medication. The model is designed to reduce complications, lower hospital visits, and improve quality of life through care that people truly appreciate.

Belle’s mission is to bring joy to healthcare, and the company is looking for people who feel inspired by that purpose.

About the Role

This Atlanta-based Operations Supervisor role is centered on growing a local market, strengthening the field team, and delivering meaningful impact in the community. The position combines recruitment, market development, and operational execution to help ensure seniors receive high-quality in-home care.

You will be involved in technician development, field shadowing, performance feedback, and problem resolution. You will also work closely with cross-functional partners so that every appointment is handled with consistency, professionalism, and warmth.

In this role, you will act as the company’s local representative by building trust with the team, maintaining quality expectations, and supporting Belle’s growth. The position is largely remote, but you must be present in the service area to shadow field work and provide hands-on support.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Partner with centralized recruiting and training teams to hire and onboard technicians.
  • Spend time in the field to observe visits and provide immediate coaching.
  • Hold regular check-ins with technicians and conduct performance reviews.
  • Help technicians stay aligned with certification and compliance obligations.
  • Build a strong, engaged team culture through ongoing morale and connection initiatives.
  • Coach team members on hospitality, documentation, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Operational Oversight

  • Track key metrics such as attendance, appointment completion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee correct delivery of Belle’s care model and scope of practice.
  • Review documentation, audit quality, and close out issues related to care standards.
  • Monitor technician availability and assist with scheduling efficiency.
  • Escalate safety issues, policy breaches, or compliance concerns when needed.
  • Work with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience teams on escalations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related subject is preferred.
  • Experience managing a field-based or remote team is preferred, especially in healthcare, retail, or service environments.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capability are essential.
  • You should be highly organized, comfortable with technology, and able to move quickly.
  • Clear, direct, and empathetic communication skills are required.
  • Experience with scheduling, attendance, or workforce management software is a plus.
  • You must live in Atlanta, Georgia and be able to travel locally to support Community Health Workers in the field; about 15% to 25% travel is expected.

Benefits

  • Pay that is competitive and tied to experience.
  • Quarterly incentive bonus.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • Room for meaningful career progression and broader responsibilities.
  • The chance to help reshape an industry and protect lives.
