Role Overview

The Operations division at Revolut addresses large-scale, complex problems, crafting systems that maximize efficiency and support global growth. The Revenue Operations Manager will lead impactful projects across the organization, leveraging insights to improve challenges, scale operational processes, and enhance customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and refining scalable workflows to support Revolut's rapid expansion
• Leading key infrastructure projects from inception through completion
• Identifying and prioritizing initiatives while setting deadlines to achieve objectives efficiently
• Innovating to introduce new features that improve user experience
• Overseeing vital vendor partnerships and implementing performance measurement frameworks
• Forming strategic supply chain collaborations and managing commercial negotiations

Candidate Requirements

• Holder of a 2:1 degree or higher from a prestigious university
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in a fast-moving environment
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and drive complex projects to completion
• Strong analytical skills to dissect complex problems into manageable parts
• Proficiency and interest in working with data-driven approaches
• Demonstrates natural curiosity and motivation to create meaningful impact
• Keen interest in the finance sector

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is advantageous
