The organization is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of multiple restaurants, guide a varied team, and ensure consistently strong service and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding so new team members are hired and trained effectively and on time.
- Plan staff schedules and assign daily duties and tasks across the team.
- Take part in service delivery and help maintain exceptional hospitality standards.
- Review monthly performance metrics and financial results.
- Create a positive, productive workplace that supports growth and encourages long-term team retention.
- Drive consistently high guest satisfaction across all venues.
- Represent and apply the group’s culture, values, and service philosophy.
- Ensure operations follow company standards and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive restaurant operations background, ideally with 10 or more years in respected dining establishments, preferably across Asia.
- Demonstrated success in leading strong teams and running a profitable, well-performing restaurant.
- Excellent eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
