Role overview

As an Operations / Implementation Specialist, you will help improve operational performance by reviewing processes, driving automation, supporting technology adoption, coordinating across teams, and contributing to product-related implementation work. The role also involves people leadership and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Study existing workflows to spot delays, inefficiencies, and areas where operations can be improved.
- Partner with different teams to redesign processes that raise productivity and lower operating costs.
- Track the results of process changes and refine them when needed.
- Look for opportunities to introduce automation and integrate technology into operational work.
- Work with IT and technical teams to build solutions that improve speed and accuracy.
- Promote the use of new tools and systems that support better operations and decision-making.
- Supervise and guide a team of operations staff, including mentoring, direction, and performance feedback.
- Create a team environment that encourages cooperation, innovation, and ongoing learning.
- Assign work effectively so that team output and project delivery stay on track.
- Work with product teams to understand features, functions, and user needs.
- Bring the operations point of view into product design and development so implementation runs smoothly.
- Help with product planning, release timing, and prioritising features based on operational needs.

This is a 2-year full-time contract position directly under CPF Board payroll, with the possibility of being made permanent later.
