Operations Executive – Transportation and Fleet Management

Role Overview

This position entails overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities related to transportation and fleet operations. The executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, dispatch teams, and clients to guarantee efficient and timely staff transport services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation and fleet management activities.
• Coordinate effectively with drivers, dispatch personnel, and clientele to facilitate route and service efficiency.
• Ensure timely and organized transportation of staff, optimizing route planning and execution.
• Monitor vehicle use, scheduling, and dispatch operations comprehensively.
• Address and resolve operational challenges to maintain a high standard of service quality.
• Compile and present detailed reports on operational performance and service delivery.

Requirements

• At least three years of practical experience specifically in staff transportation or fleet management roles.
• Valid driving license issued in the UAE.
• Proficient in both English and Urdu languages for effective communication.
• Strong skills in coordination, dispatch management, and operational control.
• Experience or familiarity with transportation management software is considered advantageous.
