Job description

Role overview

This role sits within noon Food’s Dine Out business in Dubai and reports to the Senior Lead, Operations. It is an end-to-end partner onboarding position focused on bringing newly signed restaurant partners from contract stage to a fully launched, trained, and actively monitored state. The role connects operations, product, sales, and restaurant partners to ensure a smooth launch experience and strong post-deployment performance.

About noon

noon is building a broad digital ecosystem designed to support everyday life across the Middle East with speed, scale, and a strong customer focus. Its mission is to deliver to every door every day and to redefine what technology can achieve in the region.

About noon Food

noon Food is a restaurant-led platform within the noon app that offers fair commissions, a sustainable program, and flexibility for the food and beverage sector in the Middle East. Through Dine Out, noon Food is expanding its ecosystem to deepen restaurant partnerships and give customers greater access to offers across F&B venues in the UAE.

What you will do

  • Own the complete onboarding journey for restaurant partners, including deployment, staff training, and follow-up after launch.
  • Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to raise issues, track progress, and ensure technical problems are resolved.
  • Conduct training sessions at restaurant locations and explain the customer journey and adoption best practices.
  • Gather partner feedback in a structured way and share it with internal teams to support product improvements.
  • Work alongside sales representatives to ensure the transfer from signed agreement to live deployment is handled smoothly.
  • Track performance indicators after launch and monitor how each deployment is progressing.
  • Keep detailed records of each rollout, including communication history, test results, and completion of training.

What you need

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, account management, customer success, or a similar function. You should be able to explain technical matters clearly to restaurant staff and communicate operational observations accurately to internal teams. Strong organization, close attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset are essential. The role also requires comfort managing several stakeholders at once, visiting venues in the field, and staying composed in fast-moving restaurant settings. An interest in technology, hospitality, or fintech is an added advantage.

Who succeeds here

People who thrive in this environment hold high standards, value hard work, and act quickly. Success here calls for resourcefulness, a strong bias toward action, originality, and the flexibility to adapt, learn, and pivot as needed.
