Operations Manager - Food & Beverages D2C Brand

About the Role

Earthen Story Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee supply chain and warehouse operations at their Bangalore facility located in the Devasandra Industrial Area, Whitefield. This is an on-site position requiring 6 working days a week from the office. Earthen Story is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand focused on promoting healthier food habits through certified organic products available across India via their website and various ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and optimize logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and customer service functions.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor quality assurance, maintain stock levels, track delivery timelines, transportation costs, and drive operational efficiency.
• Organize warehouse layout, catalogue inventory, plan delivery routes, and oversee shipment processing.
• Lead, guide, and train the warehouse team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Maintain operational metrics, analyze relevant data, and introduce process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) standards.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in logistics or operations management roles.
• Proven background in distribution and logistics oversight.
• Competent leader capable of managing and developing teams.
• Proficient with common logistics and inventory management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Able to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: Six days per week, full-time, on-site at Bangalore's Devasandra Industrial Area in Whitefield.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000.
