What You’ll Do
- Coordinate technicians and external vendors to keep the development running smoothly.
- Carry out and oversee regular site inspections across cleaning, security, waste removal, washroom services, building upkeep, sanitary and plumbing systems, mechanical and electrical systems, landscaping, and pest management.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed by service providers according to agreed schedules and contract terms.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations of the compound and respond quickly to emergencies so disruption to tenants and owners is kept to a minimum.
- Handle procurement tasks, cyclical replacement work, and improvement initiatives within the development.
- Maintain detailed records, track work progress carefully, and make sure maintenance, compliance, and operational activities are brought to completion.
- Stay alert to possible issues, follow up thoroughly, and close operational gaps before they become problems.
- Support the Operations Manager with additional assignments and projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working on weekends when required.
- Able to attend to on-site emergencies outside normal working hours when necessary.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to see tasks through from start to finish.
- Disciplined in following procedures and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Good at coordinating and communicating with vendors, contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Capable of prioritising several tasks in a busy operational setting.
- Highly observant, with an eye for details others may overlook.
- Structured, process-oriented, and consistent in execution.
- Dependable in resolving outstanding issues and keeping commitments.
- Calm and effective when responding to emergencies.
- Proactive in spotting issues and driving solutions.
