Operations Executive – HVAC Duct Cleaning Division

About the Role

We seek a dynamic and motivated Operations Executive to lead and oversee daily activities within our HVAC Duct Cleaning Division. This role focuses on supervising field teams, ensuring service excellence, driving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships within the environmental cleaning sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily HVAC duct cleaning operations and projects.
• Efficiently allocate manpower, vehicles, equipment, and materials for project needs.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to verify work complies with company standards.
• Engage with clients to guarantee timely project delivery and satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed quotations, scheduling plans, and service documentation.
• Monitor progress, operational expenses, and productivity metrics closely.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Assist business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive operational records and reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in HVAC duct cleaning, facilities management, environmental cleaning, or related operational roles.
• Familiarity with Qatar or GCC market is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and duct cleaning processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP or Facility Management software is advantageous.
• Holding a valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
• Possess a valid Qatar ID with NOC, especially for current residents.
