Job Overview
Join a pioneering team at Amazon as we launch and scale innovative business models across the AMET region. The Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) division seeks a seasoned Operations Lead to innovate and oversee rapid delivery services and third-party store operations. This role centers on upholding Amazon's standards on attendance, productivity, quality, and safety by motivating, coaching, and providing performance feedback to associates both onsite and in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end UTR operations daily for either a large site or multiple smaller sites, overseeing store activities.
- Achieve customer-facing metrics alongside operational, quality, safety, and team morale objectives.
- Lead performance management and create training and development initiatives for picker staff.
- Collaborate with merchant partners to enhance operational processes and sustain performance improvements.
- Perform daily 4M, 5S, and Safety GEMBA audits at stores.
- Act as the Area Manager's substitute when required.
Qualifications
- Basic: Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or customer-interactive environments.
