Key responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end UTR operations each day for either a major site or a cluster of smaller sites, while supervising store activities.
  • Ensure customer-facing metrics are achieved without compromising operational targets, quality standards, safety, or team morale.
  • Manage team performance, including coaching, feedback, and the preparation and execution of training and development plans for pickers.
  • Work with merchant stakeholders to improve operating processes and sustain long-term performance gains.
  • Carry out daily 4M, 5S, and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores.
  • Act as the stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Required qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Relevant background in a customer-facing role, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between different stores across KSA.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience leading people and managing a process is preferred.

Preferred capabilities

  • Self-driven approach with the ability to energize and guide team members.
  • Strong execution mindset with a proactive, results-oriented style.
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems and delivering outcomes with limited resources.
  • Comfort working under pressure and in uncertain situations.
  • Solid people-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods is an advantage.
  • Exposure to SQL is also considered an advantage.
