Role overview

The Security & Loss Prevention team is seeking a specialist to strengthen the MDR Concessions Abuse Program. The position focuses on reducing losses by spotting abusive behavior while protecting customer trust. The role combines security support, investigations, asset protection, and close coordination with business and corporate stakeholders.

In this position, you will handle concession-related investigations end to end, reviewing requests across customers, delivery associates or network partners, and sellers to identify where abuse is occurring. You will work within established investigation frameworks and must follow the prescribed guidelines closely. The role also involves sharing on-ground intelligence that helps uncover abuse patterns, as well as carrying out risk checks and process audits to safeguard network integrity and ensure compliance with security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and track the loss prevention plan for MDR concessions.
• Carry out SLP audits and support the rollout of standard operating procedures.
• Perform surprise checks at last-mile stations and prepare reports.
• Keep plans and SOPs current and well documented.
• Review documentation regularly and ensure it remains complete and accurate.
• Meet the service levels defined for the MDR Concessions Abuse Program.
• Review existing processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly assessments.
• Prepare loss prevention reports and act on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Track corrective and preventive actions through to closure.
• Recommend practical loss prevention measures based on field intelligence.
• Work with Security & Loss Prevention and Customer Service teams to study loss trends in MDR concessions.
• Analyze weekly loss patterns to spot defects or abusive entities and help reduce losses.
• Conduct investigations with Customer Service and support teams in SLP and Operations.
• Meet weekly investigation targets and submit clear investigation reports.
• Share root-cause analyses and process-improvement ideas related to shrinkage and missed goals.

Qualifications and experience

This role calls for at least 7 years of experience in security and loss prevention. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

The selected specialist is expected to collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, and execute established security and loss prevention processes in a structured and compliant manner. The role also includes participation in accommodation support during the hiring process if needed.
