Job description
Overview
We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves managing field operations and ensuring smooth coordination between manpower and engineering schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee deployment of manpower and supervise field activities.
- Manage engineer schedules and control gate pass issuance.
- Compile MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams to coordinate operations.
- Ensure monitoring of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with up to 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability for immediate joining will be considered an advantage.
