About the Role
Based in Auckland, New Zealand, this full-time, hands-on operations position supports Scandinavian hospitals by facilitating timely diagnoses through managing daily workflows, radiologists, and patient care within a structured and time-sensitive medical setting. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, composure under pressure, and professionalism in communications.

Responsibilities
- Engage directly with hospital staff via telephone and internal communication systems concerning incoming radiology cases.
- Facilitate interactions between hospital personnel and TMC radiologists.
- Verify that all cases include complete clinical documentation and correct imaging required for reporting.
- Track progression of cases to comply with established turnaround times and service standards.
- Handle case-related administrative duties including data input, case prep, and report distribution.
- Assist in workflow monitoring, audits, and other operational administrative activities.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent proficiency in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
- Strong command of English communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with firm administrative capabilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborative team player effective in working with colleagues, radiologists, and hospital staff.
- Comfortable using digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams and internal software systems.
- Solution-focused with excellent judgement and practical approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Attributes
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical administration, operational roles, logistics, or coordination within time-critical service industries.

Additional Information
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Work Pattern: Day shifts, rotating shift schedule, with work every second weekend
Salary: Ranges from NZD 64,000 to 68,000 annually based on experience, plus possible shift or weekend allowances
Team: Operate within an international Operations team closely linked with hospitals and radiologists
Work Permit: Applicants must hold a valid New Zealand working permit
