About the Role
Join DSQUARED2, a bold contemporary luxury brand blending Italian craftsmanship with Canadian flair, as a Stock Keeper in their Frankfurt boutique. This position plays a vital role in managing merchandise flow and supporting daily boutique operations, contributing to the brand's distinct identity in the luxury fashion market.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming stock to confirm delivery accuracy and product condition.
- Verify shipping documents and report any discrepancies or damages in line with company protocols.
- Organize, label, and store items in the stockroom based on Store Manager's instructions.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain an accurate stock record and support stock-taking activities.
- Handle faulty products and returns according to established procedures.
- Manage end-of-season returns promptly and accurately.
- Prepare merchandise for transfers and deliveries adhering to company standards.
- Oversee order fulfillment for e-commerce marketplace transactions.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure timely restocking of the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant stockroom aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Assist in boutique operations and upkeep to ensure an efficient work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to guarantee product availability and operational support.
- Facilitate communication between stockroom and sales floor for seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Support delivery and logistics tasks as needed.
- Contribute to upholding the boutique’s premium standards through accuracy and thoroughness.
- Work alongside Store Manager and team to achieve operational excellence and adapt flexibly to business needs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and luxury retail standards at all times.
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 3 years experience in stock keeping, stock control, or warehouse roles within luxury, fashion, or premium retail sectors.
- Highly organized, dependable, detail-focused with outstanding multitasking and time management capabilities.
- Excellent teamwork skills, a proactive approach, and ability to operate effectively under fast-paced conditions.
- Fluency in German and English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficient in IT with skills in Excel, Word, retail management software, and inventory systems; experience with back office, web order, and reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel when required and flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to precision.
- Committed to maintaining high operational standards and supporting boutique success.
Contract Terms & Location
- Fixed-term employment contract for one year.
- Based at Dsquared2 Boutique, Große Bockenheimer Str. 43, Frankfurt-am-Main, 60313, Germany.
- Estimated immediate start.
- Salary range from 31000 to 36000 EUR annually.
