Operational Excellence Analyst, Regional Logistics

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Operational Excellence Analyst to join Shopee's SPX logistics team in Singapore. In this position, you will help improve and simplify logistics operations so they run more smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving tough operational problems, working with data, and making a real impact in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with teams across functions to review logistics workflows, identify inefficiencies, and introduce process improvements that raise overall performance.
• Take a practical, on-the-ground approach to spot issues in daily operations and recommend as well as implement better ways of working.
• Use Python and SQL to collect, clean, transform, and analyze operational data to support decisions with clear insights.
• Plan and manage improvement initiatives, monitor schedules, evaluate outcomes, and resolve issues so projects are delivered successfully.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or another fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• A curious mindset and genuine interest in understanding root causes and driving meaningful improvements.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working directly with ground operations and prepared to travel when needed.
• A cooperative team player who performs well in a collaborative setting.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to operational quality.
• Flexible and able to adapt well in a changing work environment.
